School upcycling club an uncontained success!

The Christmas upcycling auction raised a mighty £574 for Malawi this year thanks to a record number of fabulously refurbished items by the Watson's DTE upcycling club.

Pens, now repurposed from old chalk boards, remain a hot favourite but the real winner on the night was a dining table, unrecognisable from the version that once served its place in the school canteen!

The club is now on the look out for a shipping container to store all the items lovingly donated and ripe for rehabilitation. But that doesn't mean they don't have room for more. So, if you're looking to clear out your attic but can't bear to throw away that piece that holds such promise, consider releasing it to the care of the Mr Kaine and the upcycling club.

And if you'd like to donate some items for refurbishment, contact Jason Kaine so he can advise the best way to deliver them.
